Check Facebook permissions
In Facebook – under the User permissions, in the Business Settings of the Facebook account, be sure that:
- the correct user is logged in to the correct Facebook account
- that Pages > Manage page is enabled
- that Ad accounts > Manage ad account is enabled

Check your login URL
Sometimes it can cause problems if you are not logged in on the right domain when using Engaging Networks.
In the URL of the Engaging Networks, confirm that the URL is https://ca.engagingnetworks.app/index.html#login (Canada datacenter) or https://us.engagingnetworks.app/index.html#login (US datacenter)
