Engaging Networks Data Processing Agreement

This page has been created to facilitate your understanding of the Engaging Networks Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and our role in data processing on behalf of our clients. It relates to any client in the UK or the EU or any international client that has supporter data (data subjects) in these jurisdictions.

The intention of the DPA is to cover our obligations under ‘Article 28 GDPR (EU/UK)’ and our relationship with our wholly owned subsidiary company Engaging Networks USA who work on our behalf as a sub-processor, involving transfers of personal data as per GDPR.

All relevant clients should have a signed DPA in place already that remains valid. We have an updated version that all UK clients will be sent for signing along with their contract renewal from January 2023.

The most recent version of the DPA can be downloaded below. If you would like to sign it and return it in advance of this timeline, please email us and we will prepare a version for you to sign.

In order to provide adequate levels of data protection in relation to any data transfers to Engaging Networks USA, we have also signed an International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) between the two parties. Please take a copy* for your records if you need it.

When new versions are published, we will update this page accordingly. If you would like to be notified of these updates, sign up to alerts here.
